As CTO I'm responsible for maintaining and extending the company's Tech stack and products with a superlean approach.

As Head of Product Innovation I was responsible for exploring new opportunities. One of our most visible projects was a chatbot for requesting and scheduling services, from furniture assembly to a full house renovation. The chatbot integrated AI with natural language processing, Facebook's identity and our own platform endpoints to provide a seamless user experience without leaving the chat window.The project was presented as a showcase on Facebook's F8 2018 while also being featured prominently on the Messenger App, driving thousands of new users per day to our platform.

Imovelweb is one of the top real estate vertical portals in Brazil. Founded in 1999 and a household brand, it was acquired by Navent Group in 2010, backed by Tiger Global and Riverwood Capital.As Internet Marketing Manager for Imovelweb, I reported directly to the CEO and the VP of Marketing. My main focus was on restructuring and optimizing investment for New Real Estate Developments campaigns targeted on lead generation.# Achievements- In the first month, tripled volume of lead acquisition for New Developments while cutting CPL in more than half.- In the following months, on an adverse market scenario, managed to both maintain the CPL reduction and increase lead volume acquisition over previous periods.- Managed the implementation of a process that became one of the main lead generation channels for strategic New Developments campaigns.

Tiqueimóveis was founded in 2010 as a startup real estate vertical portal based in São Paulo. In 2013 it was acquired by Dridco, a multi-national online classifieds group. In 2015, along with Dridco’s main assets, Tiqueimóveis became part of Navent Group, which also owns Imovelweb in Brazil.During almost all of the company's history, from bootstrapping to acquisition by a larger group, I was responsible for delivering results – audience and leads -- to all clients.# Achievements- During the first two years of the startup, I managed online marketing campaigns on a shoestring budget in close contact with the commercial and financial areas to help lead the company to break-even point and establish Tiqueimóveis as a pioneer in Performance Based campaigns (CPL model) for the online Real Estate market.- After acquisition of the startup by the Dridco Group in 2013, delivered explosive growth in audience (+459%) and performance results (+360%) in 12 months, in accordance with an aggressive business plan, positioning Tiqueimóveis at the Top 4 in an extremely competitive market with very strong, established players.- To manage this explosive growth and generate real-time, accurate and actionable data to the whole company, I integrated performance, commercial and financial information and developed a data-warehousing solution (Architecture, ETL, implementation, maintenance) with a platform providing ad-hoc reporting with data access control to all employees.All the while participated directly in strategic decisions with upper management, from business review presentations to the elaboration of the yearly business plan.
