Additionally, Appointed by Insitu CEO as interim Vice President of Programs from July 2021 through March 2022. Direct leadership and accountability for multiple UAS business lines across the Defense Program Portfolio including direct oversight of Program Directors and Senior Managers. Participation in executive leadership team activities and corporate initiatives under Boeing sponsorship.

Direct P&L management responsibility for a global team of Program & Project Manager professionals providing program management services for UAS hardware and services contracts in the International portfolio of Insitu Defense.

Overall program C,S,P responsibility for high visibility commercial UAS hardware and services programs with foreign military customers. Administration of all program phases including business capture, program planning, production, operations and compliance with US export regulations.

Full life cycle responsibility for the operational and tactical aspects of multiple large scale product development projects including; requirements and scope development, project planning, budgeting, schedule development and risk management planning.Promote innovation and creativity as part of the product development process and identify opportunities for process improvements with the leadership team.Support Director of Engineering and leadership team on strategic initiatives implementation.Provide project management best practices leadership and mentoring to project management team within the engineering organization.

Responsible and accountable for the coordinated management of multiple (1M+ development budget) related projects directed toward strategic business and other organizational objectives, from concept through end of life.Led global cross-functional and cross organizational project teams to ensure project plan deliverables are met and projects achieve financial, schedule and experience requirements as defined by the organization.Established aggressive, but realistic schedules and cost targets ensuring that ROI and critical product launch dates are achieved.Provided strong leadership and frequent direction to the worldwide development teams consisting of engineering, marketing and operations to ensure that the project plans are successfully implemented and that business segment objectives are met.
