I was responsible for the strategy, planning and commercial functions in the Direct to Consumer division. Sites include Goal.com and Soccerway.com . I managed the Analytics, Betting and Soccerway.com product teams.

Formed and managed the analytics & insight team for BskyB Gambling Brands; Sky Bet, Sky Vegas, Sky Poker and Sky Bingo. Previous positions held were Head of Marketing Strategy and Customer Marketing Controller, responsible for all CRM and marketing planning/strategy.

Joined before the first Champions League season, left when they were relegated… Despite the decline on the pitch the retail department went from strength to strength.I was responsible for the mail order and online retail department, including P&L, marketing, customer service, product, fulfilment etc.

GUS plc was a FTSE 100 home shopping/retailing group which has now been split into two companies, Home Retail Group and Experian. Over 4 years in the marketing team I developed a good skill set in the acquisition and CRM teams. The technology has changed, but the Direct Marketing principals underpinning digital strategy haven’t.
