Worked with co-staff to provide a safe and therapeutic environment for 13-17 y/o clients in an extreme outdoor rehabilitative space. Taught and modeled survival skills such as firemaking, cooking, hiking, dialogue facilitation, conflict resolution, and de-escalation techniques. Cultivated a structured schedule while adapting to the changing needs of clients, therapists, and other staff.

Handled daily planting and harvests, managed farmers' market stand with high volume of customers, demonstrated knowledge of products and maintained high value for products sold, and assisted with weekly newsletter publication and marketing.

Worked with department chair of narratology to compile a comprehensive anthology of narrative scholarship.
