Kenna created a marketing rollout for indie artist Matt Walden. She analyzed his current brand and created opportunities to strengthen and elevate that branding through unique fan events, social media activities, and brand partnerships.

As a member of the VIP Experience Team Kenna was able to create unforgettable guest experiences. By connecting with the VIP guests she was able to ensure the events were run successfully, leading to brand loyalty and leaving the guests wanting to return and attend future events.

Kenna conducted daily admin tasks, such as calculating balance sheets, tracking budget hours, and invoice management. She handled storewide product orders, pharmacy auditing, and orchestrated location’s ‘frontier’ initiative. Kenna also corresponded with company executives to offer new ideas and assist in implementing company initiatives.

Kenna was a liaison between artist’s team, venue, and radio staff to ensure complete communication so the events would run as smoothly as possible. She supported team leaders during our winter and summer festivals to guarantee successful events. Kenna engaged with attendees through games and activities, coordinated meet and greets, and was an onsite runner.
