I process all member electric bills, delinquent notices, and collection service orders for CCEC. In doing so, I am responsible for continually monitoring all member accounts for overall accuracy, including both the billing and metering applications. Being that our office staff is fairly small, it is necessary that I am knowledgeable of other departments and their processes in order to help ensure that each application is working with one another as it should.

I worked at Frames Etc. throughout college and for a spell following graduation, at times working 35 hours a week. I assembled custom frames, made specialty coffee drinks, worked in the adjoined bookstore, ran the cash register, helped keep the store clean, and whatever else management needed. Having the experience that I did, I was able to aid the store manager in many tasks and oversee fellow employees as needed. Working at Frames Etc. allowed me time to hone my customer skills, work with an array of personality types, and develop confidence in myself and my capabilities.
