One of three attorneys who investigated, litigated, and settled nation’s first police misconduct case of a major police department (Pittsburgh Bureau of Police) by DOJ. Represented United States in litigating cases against discriminatory mental health inquiries by Virginia Board of Bar Examiners. Investigated, litigated, and settled cases involving new construction and alterations under the ADA. Presented over 100 times worldwide on digital accessibility.
