About Ken Nakata

I am a former Department of Justice attorney. I've helped hundreds of companies of all sizes comply with laws like the ADA in the their digital technology. I’ve worked in accessibility for 30 years— if I can’t help you, I probably know someone who can. My background combines a strong legal background, commitment to disability rights, and passion for technology. At the same time, I am also naturally inclined to finding collaborative solutions and then creating processes that build on those solutions. I use these traits and experience to help clients become excited about IT accessibility and institute solutions that make them into better companies, agencies, and organizations. I am always excited to find someone starting out with IT accessibility or who is struggling to convince their boss or just make sense of it all--- and then seeing their excitement as they start changing their world.Specialties: IT accessibility law and policy, program management
