Collaborate with Communications Manager and Graphics Team to develop content for a variety of platforms such as company website, social media, and internal/external print communications.As a graphic designer I create compelling content for internal collateral, marketing, client specific graphics, public involvement efforts, and provide general graphics support for all of J-U-B. I maintain and organize tasks, shared email inboxes, and I'm often the first point of contact for new design requests.

Managed communications with clients to create their projects and see them through production. Design logos, vehicle wraps, branding and other print media. Collaborated with shop team to handle layout designs and general scope of projects. Implemented team meetings, new organization and workflows to increase production and profits.

My job duties include processing student files and awarding financial aid with accuracy in accordance with the Department of Education. In my recent promotion to the Front-End department I now manage communications with planners and registrars to approve professional judgements and answering questions they might have regarding Financial Aid. I also run and complete multiple reports a month for all of Central Financial Aid at Independence University (Stevens Henegar Schools).

Initially tasked with disputing and rebuttal chargebacks, run reports, and upkeep profit & loss sheets. When promoted to the design team, translated websites into 10+ languages while maintaining design and functions. I would fix, edit, and correct live website errors. Creating and uploading graphics/websites to servers and ensure quality control.

My duties included sitting with customers to design their perfect piece, & prepare designs for vinyl plotters. I would cut, weed, and prepare the vinyl to in-store customers and online orders. I would maintain a clean workspace, manage transaction that included custom pricing, as well as open/close the store and often work alone.
