Seasonal (3 years, entering 4th)During my time at Legends Golf & Country Club, I've gained a broad and valuable range of experiences that have deepened my expertise in both golf instruction and club operations. I began working behind the counter, mastering the course's systems and daily processes. By my second season, I was providing one-on-one lessons, leading group clinics, and running the 9-hole ladies’ league, all while gaining hands-on experience in outside operations and learning the food and beverage side of the business.In my third season, I focused more on instruction and player development, taking charge of the 18-hole men’s league. I also became more involved in our tournament operations, playing a key role in organizing and executing our major invitational event.These experiences have given me a well-rounded understanding of golf operations, from instruction and player development to the behind-the-scenes work that ensures smooth club functioning. I’m excited to continue growing in my fourth season and beyond.

Summer SeasonAt this family-owned public golf facility, I focused heavily on player development, particularly through coaching and playing with junior golfers. I redesigned the pro shop’s interior, managed merchandising operations, and introduced Golf Genius software to streamline our leagues. I ran both the twilight men’s league and mixed league, implementing email communication to keep league members informed.I played a key role in our major tournament operations, including the club championship and the Harold England Memorial Tournament, a 2-day event with 160 amateur players.

Seasonal (3 months)During my time at this premier private club, I managed outside operations, including a fleet of 65 golf cars, the staging area, and the practice facility. I took on various roles such as staging manager, caddie, and practice facility assistant, ensuring top-tier service for members and guests. I also became proficient in club repair, handling re-gripping, shaft adjustments, and loft/lie changes.Additionally, I utilized Golf Genius Tournament Software to manage cart staging, create cart signs, pairings, and scoreboards for the 144-player Legend Tournament. I assisted with Stag night events and oversaw the putting contest, ensuring a flawless experience for participants.
