I provide comprehensive career assessments to adult and youth individuals with barriers to employment to help determine their occupational interests and goals. I provide clients with programs and services at the local, state, and federal level in order to help them achieve these goals. I assist clients by providing them with resume assistance, mock interview help, and labor market information in order to help them obtain employment. I collaborate with training providers in order to place clients in occupational skills trainings, and I collaborate with the business team in order to refer and match clients to job opportunities with a focus on training-related development. I maintain continuous contact with a caseload of 30+ clients to provide them with career services and monitor their progress to ensure the completion of their academic or occupational goals. I utilize case management software to enter customer data in a timely manner and make sure that all case files meet local, state, and federal standards.

I organized three 30 minute, one-on-one meetings with each mentee through Calendly.
