• Guided clients from non-engineering backgrounds through the development of concepts, ensuring a clear understanding of technical requirements. • Produce and refine CAD models, and CAM/3D prints utilizing DFMA principles to optimize manufacturability and assembly. • Create comprehensive BOMs and cost estimates to support project planning and budgeting. • Utilised various engineering and manufacturing techniques to enhance KPI while setting out a long-term improvement strategy for stakeholders. • Analyze new equipment for feasibility and performance enhancements, contributing to advanced mechanical design and innovation. • Integrate mechatronic elements into existing designs, enhancing functionality and modernizing products. • Engage in all facets of the manufacturing process, including the production of specialized military and tactical equipment, to broaden expertise and develop adaptable skill sets.

Assist teachers in developing, preparing and delivering lessons in accordance to the curriculum. Maintaining all machinery (saws, laser cutters, CNC routers, 3D printers).

I worked a majority of the time rigging parachute loads and as a Parachute Drop Zone/Landing Zone Controller. I also gained experience with industrial textiles, making bags, holsters, backpacks, and other customized equipment.
