Spearheaded the initiative to combine separate firm websites into one site for Real Living during the acquisition and merger. Created a best-practices version of the intranet for real estate agents, extending HER's technology to all platforms.* Reviewed the three founding companies' websites to create one, comprehensive site incorporating the best components of each individual site, including navigation, design and content.*Developed a plan to merge the three intranet systems by streamlining available technology from existing sites and incorporating new systems to make the online community more robust and efficient.* Developed an interactive marketing strategic plan to incorporate further additions and functionality to the site throughout the transitional year.

Coordinated activities for the company's week-long convention aboard a cruise ship, acted as editor of quarterly franchise magazine and branch newsletter, secured publicity for the company's 50th anniversary and new retail carpet venture through media and community relations and implemented a company-wide crisis communication plan.

Acted as promotions/media relations contact for two national television specials and a statewide television special produced by WQED. Developed program press kits and secured print and broadcast coverage across the country, resulting in more than 200 print articles and broadcast interviews.

Wrote news releases for weekly television specials which generated frequent articles and mentions in newspapers within the viewing area.
