Main Duty: - Localizing the brand image to adapt for Vietnam Market; - Joining in creating Product tester; - Annual Planning for Budget/ Milstone and Headcount; - Developing strategy to reach the business purpose; - Brainstorming for campaigns.

Main Duty: - Building content for all campaign - Media planning (Digital/ Traditional) for all campaigns - Setting KPI for each tools (CPC/CTR/Engagement) - Creating mechanic for promotion (estimated COGS/Sale) - Dealing with big order (from Hotdeal/ Adayroi/ Nhommua)

Main Duty: - Tactical Planning - Leading the Autumn Cake Project - Local store activities to Push Sales and Increasing brand awareness

Main Duty: - PR Planning - BudgetPlanning (for PR Activities) - Build and Enhance relationship with Journalist and Media Agency - Analysis on Brand image & Re-image standard for all channel - Leading event of Team Building – Press Conferences – Customer Conference and New Product Launching
