Current- Provide analytical and project management support to executive management and division head leadership in completing various projects related to remote employment
- Collect and analyzed data to draw appropriate conclusions and provided results in recommendation reports and presentations
- Accomplish multiple ad-hoc assignments pertaining to the company’s benefits and well-being programs, campus recruiting, and external recruitment strategies for Talent Acquisitions
- Conduct internal audits of remote work arrangements and employees to identify and mitigate company risks.
- Monitor project status, identified trends, and prepared reports for quality measures and performance metrics of department goals and objectives.
