Responsible of coordinate company process improvement. Analyze all process of the company purposing improvements and documenting the different procedures.• Lead the study of process of the company for Latin America, creating a process matrix where was possible to identify the critical level and define the critical process of the company.• I proposed and implemented improvements in the adquirence process of the company, for this analyze was possible to improve the capacity of management attention in 10%.• I created indicators for the critic process of the company, this action helped to know the health of the process.• I created a reengineering process plan for the company, this helped to implement improvements in process like settlement, payroll, inventory, chargebacks, change management , Informatic Security, etc., this increase the process efficiency between 10% and 35%.• I created the actual Service Level Agreements (SLA) monitoring plan for Everrtec Latin America, this helped to know with efficient the quality of the service with the costumer. • Lead of the study of work charges for some work position, identifying and eliminating 10% of task duplicated in these positions.

Main Achievements: I lead the project in order to do more effective the Engineering Time support in test area for Costa Rica, the team created a standard and coordinated the Engineering time request and coordination, it allowed to finish all engineering experimentations on time and achieve the company goals.I lead the project to monitor the product health, thanks to this project was possible to know the main issues in some modules, it allowed obtain less than 1% of material with problems. I leaded in Costa Rica the effort to have productivity improvements, I had meeting with different people of the factories around the world. I achieved to eliminate the monitor for some products increasing the capacity in 10%, for this reason I was recognized with one Golden Award of the company, for these projects I used some process of project management, Lean Methodology and problem solving.I lead the process to standardize the methodology for do more efficient the quality sample test in one production area, this saved several thousands of dollars to the company. I lead some projects in the Work Content Reduction Team to do more efficient the factory process.I lead and participated in several quality problems issues, in this cases were necessary to extract and analyze data, take decisions and interact with people in other geographies. I coordinated the project to create to standard to validate product in one determinate platform using some Lean methodology, it allowed increment the engineering activities in less time and almost eliminated the validations errors during the execution.I participated in the project to improve the customer return validation, it allowed decreased the validation time in 20%.I introduced several products in one validation area in Costa Rica factory, I coordinated the activities with other departments and executed others, all products were introduced successfully according with the company requirements.

I managed the team, the group always was integrated between 15 and 24 peoples, besides I coordinated some activities like engineering experimentation, engineering time and connections with manufacturing department.Main Achievements:I was the owner of the Technical System Program , I was the owner of the technical specification. I coordinated different activities to close the gaps found in ISO audits, I called to Training Department to different meetings to coordinate the technical training in different operations and I created a team for to elaborate a data base in Training Department.I received a Sustaining Excellence Award for my contribution to sustaining in Yield/Excursion Mgmt, for keeping the Test Process Flow under control true of de coordination of the continuous monitoring, validation and disposition; helping to maintain under control at Test and supporting the weekly factory commits without compromising on yield or quality.I was recognized with a Bronze Award for my effort with group Tech, ensuring the development of all team members and forming a very professional and competitive group, besides for the disposition to help, prioritize and coordinate support activities for Product Engineer and other engineering groups like Quality and CR Factory.I was the owner of allocate the necessary tool time for the team to perform production the floor validation activities, this was critical to align the engineering/production requirements and meet the weekly goals, Due to this efforts was possible to reduce validation tools from 4 in Q1 to 1.5 tools , (this reduction is equivalent to 60% in ).I created the metric to measure the team performance.
