My true passion is Sales Leadership. This is a blend of sales, engineering, customer relations and solving a customers needs. Leading a group of professionals to develop and provide customer centered service & solutions is what I enjoy the most! I truly have found a home in the water industry leading a team of dedicated people who work to solve a customers challenges.I have worked at all levels of organizations from maintenance, engineering, program management to senior leadership. All types companies from the Marine Corps to Textron, Xylem and family owned operations. I had worked for many years in the automotive industry in Indiana, Michigan, Tennessee, Canada and Mexico. Direct sales and engineering experience in robotic automation and welding equipment. Worked in mining industry in underground mining and with mine maintenance, operations, planning, milling, startup and reclamation projects.
