• Managing an assigned geographical sales area for Central Concrete• Managing customer relationships at the jobsite level• Attending Pre-construction meeting• Identify, track and communicate Project leads to Central’s Inside Sales Department for follow-up, quote creation and pricing• Provide jobsite service and first-line technical support, including concrete testing• Manage key Project elements, including: correspondence, schedules, specifications, testing and statistical analysis of service and product performance• Prepare and manage submittals and revisions • Connect customers to Central Concrete’s Westside Building Materials division, which sells essential concrete materials and supplies ● Coordinate plans and supervise field staff, subcontractors and craft activities for the entire project. ● Track all job costs and monthly forecasts in an accurate and timely manner. ● Review and execute contract change orders. ● Ensure accurate and timely billing to owner. ● Interact with owners and Company to ensure issues are addressed. ● Oversee job scheduling, maintain a Job in Progress Report, establish project schedule and update the project schedule weekly and in conjunction with the Project Superintendents, schedule subcontractors, material deliveries and inspections to complete the project ● Enforcing the Company Safety, Security Policy and Procedures on the project site.● Communicate with field managers to ensure efficient and productive work in a timely manner. ● Ensure that accurate records of significant activities or delays are documented. ● Ensure compliance with company policy and procedures.
