CurrentDevelop and execute appropriate operations and instructional leadership at elementary and secondary schools. Train and supervise staff, set instructional objectives, and work to build a rapport with parents.Actualize systems to ensure operations are managed and staff act in full compliance with policies, comply with the terms and conditions of contract and parents and students comply with program schema and standard operating procedures.Facilitate the integration of digital tools and best practices into curriculum and administrative systems. Engage with administrators, educators, support personnel, parents and students to extend responsible and creative use of technology.Direct the Human Resources function of the organization including, but not limited toemployee/student/parent policy handbook, performance management process, policy and procedure development and implementation of the same, recruitment and retention, and new employee orientation program.
