Pre-Construction Phase- Oversee design progress against schedule and project budget- Coordinate all DD (Design Dev) and CD (Contract Docs) to all Consultants- Prepare project schedule from Pre-Construction up to Post-Construction Phase- Facilitate/conduct project technical meeting to all primary and secondary consultants to coordinate project design issues, design queries and other important matters.- Prepares and facilitate step by step procedure of procurement of needed equipment and services:- Investigates and prepares pre-qualification of all potential suppliers/contractors prior to short- listing- Facilitate and conduct Pre-bid meeting- Arrange, participates and facilitate opening of bid and clarificatory meeting for the finalization of cost proposal prior to the Awarding.- Conduct Kick-Off Meeting for the winning bidder Construction Phase- Generally responsible for implementations, monitoring and inspection of all MEPF related works at site as per approved drawings, methods and safety rules.- Assign targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on daily basis for all Mechanical groups at site.- Taking a step-by-step approach to analyze information and solve problems.- Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
