• Responsible for overseeing a complete range of acquisition activities for the Aegis BMD T&E Director, including program planning, budget development, and execution for all Aegis BMD T&E activities.• Provide management and oversight to a team of budget execution analysts.• Responsible for developing, reviewing and updating RDT&E Exhibits for the Aegis BMD Program, SM-3 Cooperative Development Program, and Aegis Ashore program from a T&E Perspective.• Work with Program and Technical personnel to establish T&E related inputs to help formulate POM and PBR submissions.• Provide recommendations for spend plan adjustments and/or funding reallocation based on execution performance allowing the T&E Program to fund current or emergent requirements as they arise.• Implemented a set of standard operating procedures within the T&E Program for reconciling funding documents and recouping expiring funds to re-execute before life of funds exhausted.• Brief Senior Leadership on requirement and funding status of the Aegis BMD T&E Program. Missile Defense Agency - Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense (BMD) Program

Aegis BMD Budget Programming and Planning- FY 2013 President's Budget (2.5B) for the Aegis BMD Program.- Assisted in developing and drafting the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Budget and President’s Budget (PB).- Worked with Program Element Manager’s and Business Financial Managers (BFMs) to develop, draft, and review R Forms (RDT&E Exhibits) and P Forms (Procurement exhibits), providing all required data and ensuring that program information was accurate and consistent.- Attended financial meetings and assisted in drafting briefing for financial reviews for Senior Level Management.

• Responsible for managing the financial aspects of the Mine Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) Joint Program Office (JPO) vehicle acquisition programs as the VFM for Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contracts, USMC Buffalo vehicle acquisition contracts and MRAP vehicle Towing & Recovery testing and research efforts.• Responsible for creating/amending, processing and monitoring MRAP Funding documents.• Review contract modifications and related documentation in detail.• Maintain contract, obligation, invoicing and payment summaries.• Reconcile identified requirements with required funding and contract obligations.
