Formulated a windows watcher program Where as the older teens in conjunction with EMT's whom Volunteered the purpose of this particular would check on and assist seniors, or bed bound and disabled persons who did not get out of their apartments, or required assistance being mobile outside their living spaces. Furthermore, The Jericho cadet Program gave free toutering to disadvantaged and at risk youth.
