Support Engineer
Current- Providing a wide array of technical support for Liferay's core products within the Subscription Services division
- Handling license provisioning and account detail requests
- Managing multiple reported issues/bugs simultaneously and reproducing/testing them in emulated environments
- Communicating with clients through a ticketing system, over the phone, and screenshares to process, investigate, and troubleshoot issues from start to finish
- Intentional and collaborative teamwork to deliver the best solutions through brainstorming and knowledge sharing
- Creating and maintaining both internal and public-facing documentation
