Energetic, highly motivated US Navy veteran and Depot Repair Technical Specialist with years of customer service and support experience within the Imaging and Technical Support Organization. I had the honor of being selected as the first bench technician from Helpdesk Support under my Fujifilm manager/founder of the Depot Repair program. In the Depot Repair program, I serviced digital imaging and printer equipment. Through diligence and dedication I conducted all functions, performed printer repairs, composed written installation instructions, provided customer phone support, provided technical support and training to staff and vendors. Utilize technical abilities to diagnose, troubleshoot and document various issues as well as maintained a highly productive Next Day Exchange Services. From 2003 to present, the Depot Repair program derived from 3 employees and a single department to over 50 employees and 5 departments. Over the years, I have primarily contributed in the Depot Repair growth. I have conducted introductory training for the West Coast division in 2014 on Depot Repair major products along with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). I informed and provided technical information shared by OEM liaison and Product Specialist within the division as well as monitor technical progress by way of Weekly/Monthly reporting.
