The organization is a HUD affiliated counseling agency that serves more than 700 clients on an annual basis. In our first-time homebuyer workshop series Affordable Housing Centers works with housing partners such as PNC Bank, Santander Bank, Wells Fargo Bank, HSBC, Chase, State Farm Insurance, Allstate Insurance for clients to provide direct knowledge of the industry so that they can be better consumers.

• Project Manager for the City of Philadelphia, Targeted Block Façade Improvement Project for Ridge Avenue. Responsibilities included communicating with business and property owners, negotiating with contractors, designers and City officials, drafting documents and managing the project budget.
