I currently serve as the Vice President of Engineering for CEL North America, where I oversee the strategic direction and operational performance of the Engineering Team. My leadership ensures that CEL’s systems, processes, and products consistently meet market demands while driving innovation and efficiency across the organization.Before joining CEL, I was the Director of Engineering for North America at Anord Mardix. In this role, I managed a team of over 20 engineers and was instrumental in achieving substantial growth across all product lines, including a 50% increase in Power Distribution Unit (PDU) output and a significant rise in switchgear production, scaling from 90 to 150 sections per month between early 2023 and mid-2024.My career with Anord Mardix began in 2016 when I joined Anord Control Systems in Dundalk, Ireland, as an Electrical Engineer. Following early success in securing key client accounts, it led to my relocation to the United States to strengthen the company's engineering capabilities in the North American market. Following the merger of Anord and Mardix in 2018, I was appointed Lead Electrical Engineer, a pivotal role in the expansion of the Engineering Team during a period of rapid growth.I hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Dundalk Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Services and Energy Management from Dublin Institute of Technology. With extensive experience and technical expertise within the industry, it positions me as a key leader in CEL’s commitment to delivering innovative, high-quality solutions to the critical power industry.
