Which include, but are not limited to linens, desserts, and additional event equipment and rentals. Work directly with the Executive Chef to design custom menus and ensure every meal is prepared and executed correctly.  Voice all event details precisely and efficiently to the Events Director and waitstaff according to the clients’ specifications in order to put everything into effect night-of.  Create and foster strong professional relationships with vendors (DJs, Photographers, Videographers, etc.).  Participate in non-profits events for: The SARAH Foundation, Hope after Loss, MADD, Melissa Marottoli Hogan Foundation, and Habitat for Humanity.
