Teamwork Retail is a cloud & mobile POS/Retail Management Solution for growing retailers requiring a true omni-channel solution. As Project Manager over e-Commerce integrations I oversaw all tasks related to integrating our clients’ new or existing e-commerce websites with the Teamwork Retail Management System. To this end I was responsible for gathering and understanding the integration requirements of clients and designing custom solutions to fulfill those requirements, coordinating multi-company and multi-national development teams to facilitate fully customized integrations, supporting our clients’ website developers to ensure successful implementation of Teamwork solutions, and providing technical support for all aspects of e-commerce integration with Teamwork software.

Since the company was founded in 2010 I have engineered, implemented, and overseen all IT operations, initially as an independent contractor (see “Rock Creek Technologies” below), then becoming full-time IT Director in 2012. Although the majority of the IT workload fell to me, I also coordinated the efforts of employees and independent contractors to build a stable and dependable server and network infrastructure from the ground up for one of the fastest growing businesses in East Tennessee.

As the only employee (besides the owner) of a medium-sized ISP and IT solutions provider in the Metro-East St. Louis area, I served in many roles including network administrator, systems integrator, business manager, customer service, and senior technical support specialist.
