I am selecting, implementing, and managing and ERP solution at Sciens. Sciens is a national organization of companies that provide building solutions in Fire Protection and Security.

What kick this one has been so far. Heavily involved and leading the efforts to select an ERP solution, negotiating with the finalists, and then managing the implementation. Add to that, a company that actually expects you to step out, take chances, and take ownership without second guessing you at every step of the way. What is not to like about that? Sure, to do this right, you must consult with peers, supervisors, etc, but this is how it should be done. Haven't seen this since my days at Saturn. Loving it.

Contract position with Kodak as their Worldwide MS Dynamics AX PM responsible for replacing SAP and implementing AX throughout the world.

Lead ERP evaluation and selection process. Then responsible for leading selection of implementation partner and implementation process.

AX2012 Upgrade from Axapta 4.0, heavily customized solution for the Timber / Plywood Industry

Completing AX2009 rollout in Europe and then starting the same rollout in the Americas in July 2013 with final rollout go-live expected in December of 2014.Went live in Argentina and Ecuador on Sept 1, 2014. and Chile on October 6th.

Completed an AX2012 implementation at a new Electric Vehicle company called VIA Motors. Go-live was January 2013

Led AX 2009 and AX2012 Projects. AX2009 project in Mexico City went live November 2012, another was postponed to February 2013 due to client not being ready.

Led ERP selection, selection of implementation partner, developed RFP, negotiated rates, developed scope, budget, and timeline.Project was cancelled due to Pavestone being purchased by Quikrete. My position was eliminated.

• SAP Plant Maintenance implementation at 9 North American plants - $1.5 million budget.• Led evaluation and selection of Sustainability and Safety reporting solution• Led In-Cab Automation solution selection and implementation of hardware and software to track truck movements and communication to drivers of route changes• Managed development and implementation of solution to effectively monitor worldwide purchases and sales to ensure compliance with US State Department requirements of not buying or selling to unauthorized countries, companies, or individuals • Member PMO council• Managed $3.5 million development and support budget for Global Purchasing, IT, Traffic and Logistics, Plant Maintenance, Environment/Health/Safety, and Quality

• Integrated PeopleSoft Financials with MRP systems from two 3rd Party partners who were integral parts of International’s Military Division ability to manufacture the MRAP vehicle used to protect Marines from IEDs in Iraq and Afghanistan• In 12 months, conducted vendor selection, scope analysis, selected implementation partner, and lead 5 consultants and 6 subject matter experts, to implement 10 PeopleSoft modules (GL, AR, AP, PO, CA, PC, PGM, T&E, AM, Billing) with minimal customizations. – Total cost $2 million and on-time and under budgetIT Manager for Mexico, Brazil, and Export and Order Management• Lead a virtual team of 16 full time employees (included 7 BAs) and 4 – 8 consultants located in three countries and five different cities with a total budget of $2.8 million. Responsible for:o LAN, WAN, Telecommunications, PCs, and Internal/External Help Desko Application used to support Sales and Marketing efforts around the world.o Managed systems that managed orders for over 120,000 trucks and busses annually and over $2 billion sales of service parts to customers around the world.o Provided support and feeds to Corporate Wide Truck and Bus Sales Forecasting system used to forecast material requirements up to a six month horizon.• Provided support to 3rd Party Logistics Provider as liaison between International’s IT and 3PLs IT systems which was responsible for warehousing and kitting all parts of a truck’s Bill of Material and then crating them up as a kit and shipped worldwide; created EDI transactions for ordering material required to ship over 1200 semi’s and buses around the world• Implemented Microsoft Axapta 3.0 for Export Division and provided support for two years• • Corporate ERP Selection Committee Member• scheduled production of trucks at 6 North American Truck and Bus assembly plants
