As Senior Identity and Access Management Officer, I am part of the 12 - member IAM team for Queensland Government Department of Education (DoE) IT Branch. I am currently the Technical SME and Product Owner for DoE IT Access Management Solution, Ping Identity. I design, develop, support and maintain Single Sign On (SSO) Federations for the 80 on-premises and cloud hosted service providers for DoE enterprise IT-enabled projects MFA, PAM using frameworks P3O, ITIL, DevOps, ISO27001 and IS18.Responsibilities:• Technical leader of the Access Management solution for the Queensland Department of Education• Product owner of Ping Identity suite at Queensland Department of Education.• Technical IAM SME for DoE enterprise-level IT-enabled projects MFA, PAM, OneSchool Modernisation.• ITIL Level 3 Operational Support and ITIL Change Management for the DoE IAM service.

Develop and maintain standardised procedures and practices that will provide clients with appropriate guidance and advice on the use of ICTs for teaching, learning and professional development. Install and maintain systemic management and educational delivery systems in accordance with departmental information standards and policies. Participate in service level and work practice reviews. Provide ICT support (on-site and remote) to ensure agreed Service Levels.Maintain a register of office equipment, hardware and software within the school and coordinate maintenance and repairs.Maintain administrative and procurement spreadsheets and databases and disseminate reports and listings as required.
