- Control and transfer inventory between 3pl and in-house - Communication with 3PL to arrange Macau and local order - Transportation arrangement in Macau & HK- Audit billing with 3PL (Hong Kong & Macau) - Redemption arrangement in Macau Hotel (Venetian, Galaxy…….)

- To manage a team of 20 ppl - Project implementation - Deputy PIC and handle P&L in warehouse- Control SOP & KPI with customers - Well communication to provide good services with customers - Control and improve the productivity - Handle contract renew for previous customers

- Handle customers inbound and outbound - Follow up premium customers- Prepare daily and monthly materials reports - Liaise with suppliers - Control inventory balance - Follow up customers in Kerry CSW occupancy (CBM) - Train up new staff
