Support SE innovation efforts with leading-edge development projects for the New Energy Landscape with a focus on Energy Control Center (ECC) communications networking and DC microgrids.Key Projects/Achievements: ECC Network Communications Architecture Development: A new communications architecture that offers a remote access solution and increased cybersecurity with VLANs. Created networking diagrams and figures for ECCs with communications architecture upgrade used by internal and external groups. Wrote user and configuration manuals and testing procedures to support Salisbury factory ECC testers integrate the new components. Performed in-factory testing with Salisbury factory ECC testers. Created and performed demos for internal groups and customers.DC Microgrid: A project exploring the benefits of DC power distribution over traditional AC power distribution, and how DC Microgrids behave under various conditions. Collaborated with NCSU Ph.D. group on DC motor project implemented in the DC Microgrid. Diagnosed and corrected problems on the DC microgrid components. Created schematics and diagrams of components. Assembled and wired DC Microgrid lab demo components. Developed system to demonstrate voltage droop use-case utilizing the DC motor project (Wiring, Soldering, and Waveform Analysis). Created and performed demos for internal groups and customers. Performed validation testing on concepts in Current OS protocol. Facilitated meetings between key stakeholders.

• Maintain, analyze malfunctions, troubleshoot, repair, and perform various tests and inspections utilizing the IAIS Test Station• Install software and programs on various Line Replaceable Units• Repair test station discrepancies by analyzing layout drawings, wiring and schematic diagrams, and other applicable technical publications• Utilize precision measuring, calibrating equipment, and automated test equipment to perform electronic/mechanical repairs on integrated electronic systems and equipment, as well as layout drawings, wiring and schematic diagrams, and other applicable technical publications to resolve aircraft and test station discrepancies• Analyze, test, evaluate, troubleshoot, and repair various systems on the F-16 to include RADAR, Fire Control RADAR, VHF & UHF Communications, Navigation, and Flight Controls for aircraft, associated electrical/electronic components, and related test equipment while assisting in the production effort of aircraft maintenance• Troubleshoot and repair Secondary Airborne RADAR equipment, such as Transponders, IFF and AIFF systems (Mode 1, 2, 3, 4, and S)• Provide technical advice and assist other work centers with their systems that interact with integrated electronic systems
