Director of Deployment Production Operations with over 20 years of manufacturing/ distribution experience. Currently employed with First Data Corporation. I am responsible for overseeing all deployment operations. This includes establishing and monitoring metrics, ensuring service level agreements are met, managing deployments annual and Capex spend, capital improvements, process improvements, as well as cost saving projects.While I enjoy all aspects of my job I think the favorite part of my job is continuing to grow and improve deployment operations. This is done through growing/managing members of my team, working cross functionally with groups outside of deployment as well improving production processes through Kaizen events, and utilizing lean manufacturing principals. Before joining First Data I worked for NCR as A Plant Manager in Midland Georgia. I was responsible for overseeing the Engineering, Production, Scheduling, Materials/Inventory and Shipping departments as well as a 3rd party logistics company. I was also responsible for managing the plant’s annual spend, continuous improvement projects, maintaining ISO certification, process improvements as well as cost savings activities.I am always interested in hearing from former colleagues, managers or other interesting creative people, so feel free to contact me if you’d like to connect.
