* Responsible of the cases from the entire Team. Have in charge around 11 Cisco TAC Engineers.* Review cases and take escalations from other Engineers.* Recreate scenarios from customers with local lab.* Open new defects if necessary and work along the Development Team in order to solve the defect.

- Provide Technical assistance to customers implementing and troubleshooting TCP/IP protocols.- Advanced knowledge and experience configuring and troubleshooting Routing Protocols such as RIP, RIPv2, IGRP, EIGRP, OSPF, Multicasting (PIM), BGP and the equivalent IPv6 version of the protocol.- Advanced knowledge and experience configuring and troubleshooting IOS features such as NAT, ACLs, PBR, NetFlow, QoS, NTP, DHCP, DNS VTP, STP, HSRP, GLBP, GRE tunneling, EEM, IGMP, Object tracking, etc.- Strong knowledge and experience configuring and troubleshooting MPLS, NBAR, Frame Relay and MPBGP.- Basic knowledge and experience configuring and troubleshooting LAN to LAN VPNs, IOS Firewall features such as CBAC and Zone Based Firewall (ZBF).- Strong experience working with different kind of IOS Routers and Catalyst Switches including 800/2800/7200 Series Routers, 3560/3750/4500/6500/7600 Catalyst Switches, ASRs, ISRs, etc. Basic experience working with Cisco Firewalls such as ASAs, PIX Firewall and Nexus 7000.- Review cases and take escalations from other Engineers.

- Help customers troubleshooting problems with their cell phones, process RMA requests when necessary and place orders online. - Help customers with the features of their cell phones, such as transferring files, connect phones to computers, connect the phones to Bluetooth/wireless devices, etc.- Take escalation calls from other employees.- Help new employees by taking side by side calls.- Provide coaching to new employees.
