For the past 9 years I have worked various levels of fastpitch softball umpiring. I started out working in the recreational league that I managed and have moved onto working travel tournaments, middle school and high school softball as well as junior college and NCAA Division III and Division II games. I have worked regional tournament games at the high school level as well as at the collegiate level. I have also worked USA Softball national tournaments. Continually improving my skills hoping to get to that NCAA Division II tournament or NCAA Division I games.

Leading an Agency group to update the software assurance standard. I also function as the risk manager for NASA IVV program which includes facilitating risk review boards and maintaining the IVV program risk management processes. I also lead a team that examines post-deployment software anomalies to understand how we can improve the current IVV program analysis techniques to capture these defects prior to system deployment. I also work at supporting NASA with respect to the fault management discipline and as a member of the NASA Software Architecture Review Board (SARB).

Lead an engineering group responsible for providing software (and system) architectural analysis for IV&V projects.

I teach two classes in the WVU Master's of Software Engineering Program - Software Analysis and Design and Software Evolution. I have also recently started teaching a class in Verification and Validation in the same program at WVU.
