Coordinate ordering, onboarding/registration, shipment, charging of the North America fleet. Prepare and delegate service/repair/maintenance of the North America fleet. Coordinate post-service center vehicle moves with internal and 3rd party logistics providers in response to move requests and repair/service requests to best position customer vehicles for last mile of delivery in North America. Manage to the weekly and daily schedules of Rivian’s internal operating vehicles to ensure on-time arrival. Responsible for submitting/receiving NA Fleet vehicles to/from service and body shops, as necessary. Coordinate fleet vehicles assignments as fleet vehicles roll off the assembly line. Accessories ordering, inventory control. Currently oversee 500 plus fleet vehicles within the team. Help stage fleet vehicles for marketing events, photo shoots and investor relations. Work closely with the Outbound Team to ensure vehicles are shipped/delivered when they are needed.

Completely responsible for all tools, equipment & consumables, and truck inventory. Monitor and approve all the invoices on items purchased through the tool room. Solely responsible for employee training on our inventory management system (ToolWatch). Worked closely with vendors on pricing, contract negotiations and partnerships. Assisted with building maintenance when needed. Performed repairs on tools and equipment as needed. Conducted employee evaluations annually. Completely built a new tool room layout and oversaw employees as they moved all of the equipment while being solely responsible for the revamping & functionality of the new office. Trained the tool room assistants so that they were acclimated and familiar with the tool room processes & procedures. Annually renegotiate large contracts with vendors on services that we require daily.

This location was more industrial based rentals which we grew our fleet from $3 million on rent to $7.5 million on rent within the first couple months I was there. I lead the team to profitability from which we did through cold calling and sales management.

I lead this location to taking third in the entire company with the most cold calling revenue generated in 2010. I took this location to a 15% rental revenue growth year over year within the first year. We continued our growth and was maintaining a 28% growth year over year.
