I work closely with my boss creating and editing various legal documents such as, wills, trusts, power of attorney etc. for our clients. I also edit and create various tax documents in Lacerte, QuickBooks, and HotDocs for estates, trusts, corporations, and on occasion personal taxes. I am responsible for all of our files and communicating with specific clients regarding representation letters, bills, and sending them finalized versions of their legal documents. On top of my day to day responsibilities I would also undertake intense projects that could entail doing immense amount of legal research, tax preparation, and communicating with all of our vendors/service providers to update or resolve issues happening at the office. Everyday entails a new project and is hard to predict what I am doing on any specific day but, it is extremely common for me to be editing legal documents while concurrently working on my independent projects in order to meet client and my boss' deadlines.
