1. Supervise all functions related to the Creative and Print Services Department of Bayer US LLC. Oversee corporate and product brand implementation for art design, layout, audio/visual materials, single-, multi-, four-color process printing and finishing operations for Bayer's core businesses in North America and Puerto Rico as well as third party customers to ensure a profit generating business.2. Evaluate service requests for project scope, stakeholder budget as well as project specifications; then assign projects to staff according to skill level and ability. Refine daily work assignments and review production schedules to ensure delivery dates are met.3. Promote and ensure the proper execution of Bayer’s Corporate Identity Program, policies and procedures.4. Supervise and properly staff creative and print teams within budgetary controls. Review and evaluate performance of personnel at required intervals according to Performance Management Procedures. Prepare monthly billing reports, annual operating budgets, KPIs, SWOT Analysis and strategy goals both short and long term.5. Maintain daily contact with project stakeholders, as well as vendors for the purpose of sourcing supplies and services for the execution of project production.6. Monitor critical deadlines for creative and print projects and ensure target dates are met.7. Act as a technical liaison between the design department, peer groups, executive level managers, marketing and communications teams as well as vendors for preparation of creative and printed media to meet administrative, finance, marketing, communications and sales goals.8. Develop and provide quotes for creative and print projects.9. Establish and oversee sustainability, safety, and quality standards for creative and print operations.
