Project Manager for Avista's Clean Energy Fund (CEF1 and CEF2) projects sponsored by the Washington State Department of Commerce. Managed the construction, installation, interconnection and testing of a utility scale vanadium flow battery manufactured by UniEnergy Technologies, based in Washington State.

- Implementation of FERC Orders, including 890 and development of Avista Attachment K process- Coordinated FERC 890 Compliance Audit and develop FERC filings for construction agreements and compliance requirements- Coordinate and develop agreements (interconnection, etc) w/ surrounding utilities and customers- Understanding of reservations over OASIS, scheduling and tagging processes for transmission- Representative for Avista to ColumbiaGrid, including Board participation and OASIS development

- Founded and received IRS 501(c)(3) approval without outside counsel - Directed 2010 distributions of $11,250.00 to low to middle income campers at three organizations- Oversee and direct ongoing operations and fund raising efforts

- Elected Chairman of the Fund Development Committee, goal of $30,000 new funds in 2011- Member, Finance Committee

- Handled approximately 55 Key Business, Growth and Loaned Executive Accounts- Supported $100,000 worth of corporate and individual support to the 2009/10 campaign

- Transmission System Planning/Operations engineering for the PGE 230 kV and above system- Technical lead planning engineer for other transmission planning engineers in department- Participant in developing PGE’s implementation plan for the FERC Reliability Standards- Led PGE negotiations w/ PacifiCorp and BPA for an allocation of capacity on South of Allston- Represented PGE’s Transmission interests in numerous NWPP and WECC Committees
