Ken was a senior property placement broker and team leader in Willis Towers Watson's New York office. With broad property placement design and delivery experience, his responsibilities included the marketing and servicing of property accounts to deliver customized and efficient property programs.Ken’s clients included transportation, retail, and manufacturing accounts including:• insured assets in over 70 countries and territories globally• placed coverage for the tallest building in the U.S.• over 3,500 retail store locations including home goods, clothing retailers and groceries• passenger rail assets located across 30 states and provinces in North America• freight rail assets located across 30 states and provinces in North America• over 200,000 units of rail rolling stock (locomotives and railcars) valued over $35 billion• over 2,100 bridges with a total insured value over $42 billion• over 280 tunnels with a total insured value over $34 billion• 3 of the 6 largest Rapid Transit Systems by ridership in the United States • infrastructure property spanning over 67,000 miles While at Willis Towers Watson, Ken was involved in the development and testing of several analytical projects. Ken’s initial concepts were utilized in the development of the live event tracking notifications for the Global Peril Diagnostic analytical tool. In addition, he was a member of the committee tasked with updating the Willis Towers Watson manuscript “all risk” policy form.At Willis Towers Watson, the insurance policies placed paid in excess of $300 million of claims. Some of the losses paid include:• loss occurring as a resulting from explosion after takeoff of a launch vehicle designed to service the International Space Station• a warehouse collapse following an issue with an automated storage and racking system
