Business process manager (Matrix manager role). Accountable for the corporation’s Offering development business process which focuses on the customer experience and the customer value. The main process steps covers the steps of Ideation, Design, Development, Launch and the Continuous Lifecycle Management. The process is the framework for approximately 100 Product owners within the corporation. The business process manager role includes the following types of accountabilities: - Definitions, standardization and documentation of the workflow within the area of Offering development and management. - Ownership of the Master Data structures regarding common information and definitions related to all Products and Services within the corporation. - Management of the common platform for storing and searching documents related to any product or service (like the Business plans, Service descriptions, SLA related documentation, GDPR related info etc.). - Adaptations and practical guidelines how to adopt and use related frameworks and best practices such as Agile, Scrum, ITIL, DevOps, SAFe, ISO etc. - Continuous improvement of the above.
