• School Scheduler — Build and maintain the school schedule annually. Coordinate with department chairs and the administrative team to evaluate and adjust course offerings as needed. Work closely with the counseling department and classroom teachers to facilitate student course request process . Evaluate course requests and work with department chairs to allocate teachers and build the master schedule. Produce student schedules and program new enrollments as necessary.• Grade Coordinator — Communicate with all staff regarding Grade Entry deadlines. Produce, process, and distribute progress letters and report cards report cards regularly throughout the school year. Coordinate the Grade verification process with staff and process grade changes as necessary. • Test-Coordinator — Plan and coordinate logistics for standardized testing each year. Work closely with the other Test Coordinator and Accommodations Coordinator to coordinate resources, training, etc. for testing. Communicate with city and state testing departments to ensure compliance with all rules and requirements. Oversee the handling/shipment of testing materials.• Data Coordinator — Work closely with administration and other support personnel to access and present school, teacher, and student data as needed. • Supervision & Evaluation of Teachers and Staff – Observe and evaluate assigned personnel using the CPS Framework for Teaching and REACH Evaluation System; Conduct additional unannounced, short classroom visits throughout the school year.• Supervision of Counseling Services — Work closely with the counseling department on delivery of student services, particularly as related to student scheduling and graduation requirements.
