Kenneth is a Licensed Mechanical Engineer. Kenneth is currently serving as the Division Manager for the FABCO Custom Machine & Automation division. Kenneth manages an experienced team at FABCO Custom Machine & Automation to design, build, automate, and install automated machines for the industry. Serves as the principle engineer for machine design, machine build, and machine installation. FABCO Custom Machine & Automation provides manufacturing equipment for the industry with our primary focus to provide conveyor roller manufacturing equipment as the OEM. Kenneth previously served as the Industrial Engineering Manager at Hytrol responsible for Manufacturing Engineering, Capital deployment, Special Projects, and new machine design and build. Kenneth managed the Engineering department at FABCO Machine and Engineering and served as a principle Engineer for approximately five years. At FABCO, Kenneth utilized the latest 3D CAD/analysis technology and tools to provide complete support to the machining and fabrication industry from reverse engineering of parts to complete machine designs and builds. Kenneth previously worked 30+ years in the Nuclear Industry at multiple Nuclear Power Plants in the US. Kenneth served as a Lead Design Engineer providing the engineering and managing multi-million dollar projects during construction of a two unit nuclear power plant and supported operations at several operating nuclear power plants in the US. Kenneth held engineering positions and multiple management positions at multiple Nuclear Power Plants, including Director of Engineering responsible for all of Engineering at a two unit Nuclear Power Plant. Kenneth worked at the Institute of Nuclear Power Operations providing assessments of performance and mentoring at multiple Nuclear Powers Plants in the US. Kenneth served as a Sergeant in the United States Air Force performing inspection and maintenance on Fighter Jet Aircraft.
