I currently develop and publish order audit procedures including forms and records. Perform audits of orders to ensure pick, pack and ship accuracy. Develop and publish receiving audit procedures including forms. Perform audits of receipts to ensure proper handling, QC and documentation. Equipment Operator certified.I have supervised an AQL 2.5 normal level 11 Single Sampling Plan inspections of all production incoming shipments. I managed all inspection data, reporting and chargebacks. I communicated inspection status and results with stakeholders in a clear and concise manner (oral and written). I have maintained a 24 hour turn around, coordinated AQL 2.5 Single Sampling Plan inspection for all incoming shipments and/or other percentage determined by management. I managed scheduling QA employees, and temp QA employees. Supervised quality assurance “bin check” and when necessary, supervised inspector’s skill levels and between-inspector’s unit calibrations. I created/produced and maintained metrics for the department.
