As TM, main responsibilities include but not limited to• Plan and Implement new project installations • Manage and provide support to Clients issues on VMware, Netapp, Veeam• IT Infrastructure implementation• Oversee projects and daily activities carried out by the Pre-Sales Team

• Plan and Implement IT policies and regulations for the company – including strategies on internal IT and IT system security, data management, Disaster Recovery & backup strategies• VPN configuration and implementation on KDN networks• Establish SLAs with third party companies who provide any type of IT support• Provide tier level support on all IT problems and issues that are escalated, and establishing RTO and RPO that tie in with business requirements• Plan and provide training requirements for team members and network end users

•Server administration – Install and troubleshooting services and issues on windows and linux servers (AD, DHCP, DNS)•Database administration (Oracle, MS SQL and MySQL) •Network Administration ( Cisco, Alcatel Lucent and Siemens equipment)•Determine and be involved in the procurement process of acquiring required hardware and software •Plan and Implement of VMware and SAN storage on the production environment•Provide technical support for assigned company initiatives and projects
