Eichner has a legacy of powerful courtroom victories. He is a former prosecutor and public defender, a nationally recognized trial lawyer that has practiced criminal law for over 30 years, and has over 150 jury trials. He represents individual clients and corporations in criminal prosecutions, regulatory investigations, grand juries, and internal investigations. Ken has not lost a federal jury trial against the Department of Justice or any county or district court jury trial involving assault or domestic violence since 1998.In 2017, he successfully blocked indictments relating to the Clinton email investigation and obtained dismissals of sexual assault charges against four individuals. These accomplishments led to Ken's nomination for the Denver Bar Association’s "Award of Merit," which recognizes attorneys for outstanding contributions and services rendered in the administration of justice.
