I worked as a Customer Service Associate with Concentrix for 2 years and 9 months. I've been also assigned to different line of business and became part of the pioneers for two new LOB's consecutively. In total, I was assigned to five LOB's in our Logistics Account. To the last LOB that I was assigned to, our immediate supervisor chose me to be one of the SME's which also can take over the supervisor's calls. My entire experience with Concentrix, I learned how to empathize with customers, managed my time, be organized, meet the metrics despite the pressure that we got from the clients and able to receive incentives. After I left Concentrix, I worked as an Inbound Retention Specialist with Focus Support Associates Inc., It has a huge difference from my previous account with Concentrix. Here, I almost became a Sales Agent as we are also reinforcing benefits and offer discounts just to keep them using our products and services. We also helped customers to understand the nature of the auto-shipment or the subscription along with their terms and conditions.
