Lead the Services & Support Readiness program by developing, maintaining and improving the supporting methodology for taking services to market. This position is responsible for design, coordination, maintainance and deployment of the supporting methodology, tools and processes. Work cross-functionally with services business groups (Services Eng, Operations, Field Delivery), develop detail project plans for readying the services organization to deploy new product releases to our customer base. The scope typically include project managing a matrix team to develop training programs and training artifacts in support of readiness; develop all services tools, artifacts and templates; communicate to senior management as well as field implementation teams; oversight and coordination across pilot sites and early adopter sites; internal environment set-ups for training and testing; management to general availability (GA) requirements and deadlines.
