I am part of the group finance team in charge of finance in all our subsidiaries. My role involves setting up the finance teams and offices in all the different countries we operate in and ensure all finance functions run smoothly. I am also in charge of all contracts and tenders that the subsidiaries engage in. At the group level I am part of the team that spear heads fundraising for the group.I drive these functions by being solution and result oriented.

I played a key role in the fundraising process for the company, attracting two large foreign investors who pumped in funds. Another key role was liquidity management and ensuring that the hospital was operating at its optimal. I was part of the team that ensured continuous growth of revenue while maintaining all ethical practices and quality of services.

I built the finance department and set up internal controls for the business. I managed to migrate the company from manual bookkeeping to an ERP system that enabled the company to have proper visibility of the business and improve processes for the business.
