Took over a portfolio that was ranked last out of four competitively awarded client contracts. Over a six month period drove performance improvement to second place out of four. These results were key factor in securing a new contract with the client that will require internal headcount to grow from 112 division employees in 2014 to 199 in 2015.Improved average rehab retention by 17.02% from 2014 to 2015 after taking over management of our consumers already in payment arrangements while funding a 72.79% increase in loan balances over the same timeframe. The resulting effect was over $4.4m in increased revenue year over year.Aquired a second non performing contract in November of 2015 that had never ranked first. We secured 1st place in Q1 of 2016 and started receiving 100% of the first placements in Q4 of 2016.Responsibilities include the monthly revenue, gross margin, analysis of a billion dollar portfolio of inventory, compliance, retention, new payment arrangements, and interviewing potential candidates.
