I am a leadership and management consultant with 10 years of experience working with leaders and organisations across corporate, non-profit and public sectors. My work includes both personal and organisational development, ranging from growing individuals and teams to designing systems and strategies. In 2018, I started Solve n+1. It is a Community-Based Management Consultancy, that seeks to help businesses, NGOs and government agencies in developing and implementing innovative business and social solutions and facilitating multi-sector collaborations, with a view to create impact for both the organisations and the communities. It is recognised as a Business for Good and a Social Enterprise Member of raiSE. I am passionate about sustainable growth in people and communities, and believe that innovation begins with compassion. I enjoy creating sustainable multipronged solutions to seemingly impossible problems with innovative perspectives, compassionate purposes and mindful profit strategies.
